Interfaith Forum Pulpit/Pew Exchange>The
Interfaith Forum of Fort Dodge is sponsoring a Pulpit/Pew Exchange on Ecumenical Sunday, January 11, 2009. Ten of our Fort
Dodge churches will be participating. Pastor Jim will be exchanging with the Rev. Anita Johnson, Pastoral Care Director at
Friendship Haven. Five church members are asked to accompany the Pastor in the exchange, & will meet following worship
to share ideas about Christian unity. If you would like to be part of our "visiting team" please contact Rev. Meadows.

Lord's Cupboard
Sunday will be observed on January 4. If every member would bring one item for the Lord's Cupboard every Sunday, they
would not miss it & the Cupboard would be most appreciative!!
HARMONY BRIGADE BARBERSHOP CHORUS>The Harmony Brigade Barbershop
Chorus is practicing in our church on Tuesdays evenings at 7:00pm. WEIGHT
WATCHERS>Weight Watchers continue meeting in our church. They meet on Tuesday, three times on Thursday, & Saturday
morning.
Governing
Board will meet on Tuesday, January 20 at 7:00pm. Annual Congregational Meeting> On Sunday, January 25, we will gather for our 153rd Annual
Congregational Meeting following worship. We will receive the reports of our Boards & Committees, including our financial
reports & proposed budget for 2009. We need congregational approval to do this, so your attendance at the Annual Meeting
is important. Please make sure you are with us on Janary 25!
